Brandon Daniel takes on the family law cases that don’t settle easily. He is an Associate Lawyer at Loyens Law, licensed in Ontario since 2020, and he works with fathers and husbands when both parenting and money are on the line.

His files often involve:

• Parenting disputes, including alienation
• Separations where one spouse is self-employed
• High-income and high-net-worth separations

In court, he has argued hardship claims on child support arrears and motions about where a child goes to school.

Brandon also advises clients during a marriage or relationship, before problems start, so they understand how to protect themselves if it ends.

Why Family Law

Brandon chose family law to serve his community. He sees too many fathers and husbands struggle through separation, and he wants to support them through it as both a lawyer and a friend.
