Arjun Bhaga

Associate Lawyer

Arjun Bhaga found his way to law in paralegal school. There he saw how a lawyer could research the law and the court process to untangle a whole set of problems for someone. He still enjoys that work: taking a complicated situation and solving it piece by piece.

Born and raised in the Niagara Region, Arjun is a lawyer at Loyens Law. He chose family law as his main practice after seeing how varied and complex family situations can be, and he shapes his advice around each client’s circumstances and goals.

His work includes court applications to have a marriage that took place outside Canada recognized here. He also drafts wills and powers of attorney and has handled estate litigation, which gives him a wider view when a separation affects a client’s estate plans.
